Our dedicated Barn Studio space in Essex is approximately 45 minutes from London Liverpool Street - just outside of Zone 5.  

We can offer tailor made wellness days or hour long sessions for companies, Yoga Studios and Festivals. 

As an accredited Senior Teacher with The Yoga Alliance CPD Workshops for gong, breathwork and yoga with Accredited Hours are available - but as we've just welcomed baby Theo to the world the schedule (what schedule?) is even more flexible than usual at the moment.
