Dance ~ Yoga ~ Sound ~ Garden
Movement, nourishment, and connection with nature are at the core of my journey. I’ve danced since childhood, training professionally and following my dreams to New York City. But in an industry that valued perfection over authenticity, I felt that I fell short and was disconnected and disappointed. And while my love for the arts remains it has shifted away from needing to change into a version of myself others need.
Yoga and movement became my way back to myself, offering freedom beyond performance or expectation. Since completing my Yoga Teacher Training in 2011 and Dance Teacher Training in 2014, I have explored and shared movement as a practice of liberation—through dance, yoga, and sound. My work is rooted in intuition, embodiment, and the joy of moving in a way that feels nurturing and true.
In 2020, I sold everything I owned and lived in a van on a farm, where I grew and foraged my food and felt a taste of freedom I didn’t know I was missing. After this I reconnected with my dear soul connection, after a separation of 4 years. We had been planning on creating a wellness retreat together in Portugal or Wales - well, to my surprise, he had moved that dream forward and got a space nearer home in Hockley, so now together we are forging this dream, with our son (and baby 2 on the way!)
My love for the arts, food, and nature shapes everything I do. Singing, poetry, and theatre fuel my creativity, while movement keeps me connected to myself and the world around me. The Barn is where it all comes together—a space for movement, healing, and reconnection.
