  • Foraged teas

  • Breathwork

  • Powerful Sound Immersion from an array of Gongs, bowls …

Come celebrate the return of light - the sun's seeming victory over darkness - and the promise of renewed life. It’s a time of celebration, introspection, and setting intentions for the coming year.

The winter solstice is a significant day in many cultures for a number of reasons, including the shortest day (and thus the longest night) marking the beginning of winter - which ends on the vernal equinox.

Arrive from 6pm to foraged teas and a warm fire. The will start at 7 o’clock with a fire ceremony. Feel free to bring a small log or a small stick for the ceremony to represent release. We will then move into the barn for a some conscious breathwork followed by a 75 minute Deep Dive into Sound.

We will then break for a sharing and more tea around the fire. 10pm close.

Primordial vibrations from an array of gongs and other fine instruments specifically designed to bring you to a state of being in the now - achieve a deep sense of relaxation.

Start time for the sound immersion is 8 pm End 9

The event space and pond will be available from 6pm and closing at 10 to allow for grounding, connection and assimilation.

The naturally filtered swim pond is always available to our guests, Sit and meditate to the sound of the cascading water or take a refreshing swim. We welcome you to arrive as early as 6pm or stay after the session to enjoy the space.
